ABOUT THE ROLE

HSO India is looking for an experienced D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to
join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement practice. The ideal
candidate should possess solid functional expertise in the Sales module along
with hands-on experience in any two additional D365 CE modules. The consultant
will work closely with global customers to understand business requirements,
design solutions, and deliver successful Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Lead functional workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution
design discussions.
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
based on business needs.




Demonstrate solid expertise in the Sales module and at least two additional
CE modules.
Prepare functional design documents, process flows, user stories, and
solution documentation.
Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, and project
managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support data migration, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT),
and production deployments.
Conduct end-user training and create user documentation.
Provide post-go-live support and recommend process improvements.
Follow Microsoft implementation best practices and HSO delivery
methodologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
7–10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Mandatory expertise in the D365 CE Sales module.
Hands-on experience in any two of the following modules:
Customer Service
Field Service
Marketing (Customer Insights
