RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY DELIVERABLES

DEI Strategy & Inclusion Programs

• Design and implement enterprise-wide inclusion and culture initiatives that
foster belonging, equity, and respect in the workplace.

• Drive key inclusion programs and awareness campaigns across the organization,
via: o Key Moment Celebrations: International Women's Day (IWD), International
Men's Day, Pride Month, International Day of Persons with Disability, World
Inclusion Day o Voice of People: People & Leadership Stories o Inclusion Nudges:
creating Inclusion awareness across entire organization Business Partnership &
Implementation

• Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to implement DEI interventions
across functions, locations, and employee groups. • Provide guidance and support
to teams on creating inclusive workplace practices and experiences. Employee
Resource Groups (ERGs) • Manage and Lead the Employee Resource Groups central
charter.

• Partner with ERG leads & members to execute programs & initiatives to build
Inclusive culture aligned to organizational priorities.



DEI Analytics &
Governance • Manage DEI dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

• Track progress against diversity and inclusion goals, identify trends, and
recommend actions to address gaps and prospects.

• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership teams to support informed
decision-making. Culture, Awareness & Advocacy • Serve as a key point of contact
for diversity, equity, and inclusion-related topics.

• Champion inclusive behaviours, policies, and practicDEI Strategy & Inclusion
