nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
nKey Responsibilities:
n

n• Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
n• Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
n• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.
n• Calibrate and configure valve positioners and instrumentation (e.g., DVC, I/P converters).
n• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.




n• Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.
n• Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
n• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
n• Basic computer skills.
n• Ability to do work both day and night shift.
n

nQualification
n• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Valve assembly
n• Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
