nJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The candidate must possess robust knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and various sourcing channels.

nKey Responsibilities
n

nManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
nAnalyze client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
nSource candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
nConduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication skills, work authorization, and overall fit.
nWork on W2, C2C,



and 1099 requirements.
nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
nNegotiate compensation/rates and facilitate offer discussions.
nMaintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT professionals.
nTrack candidate progress and update ATS/CRM systems regularly.
nBuild and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
nEnsure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets and SLAs.
nStay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, visa policies, and staffing practices.

nRequired Skills
n

nMinimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
nStrong understanding of US work authorizations.
nKnowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
nHands-on experience with job portals , ATS and CRM tools.
nExperience working with MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.
nStrong sourcing skills using Boolean Search and X-Ray Search te
