With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology Role: IT Administrator Location: Ahmedabad Role Summary We are looking for an IT Support / IT Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in providing day-to-day IT support to users and maintaining IT systems and devices. The role will primarily involve troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, network, and user-access issues , along with supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT devices . Format systems, install and configure Windows OS,



applications, drivers, and required software. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues and coordinate repairs/replacements when required. Set up and configure laptops, desktops, email accounts, and other IT equipment for new employees. Manage user accounts, passwords, system access, and basic Microsoft 365 administration. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues. Support Active Directory and basic Windows Server administration. Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and records of issued devices. Perform system updates, software installations, backups, and basic security checks. Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, and other IT-related issues. Ensure IT issues are tracked and resolved within the required timelines. Preferred Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT
