Role Description

We are seeking a talented Lighting Artist for a full-time, in office role located in Pune City. The Lighting Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality lighting setups, crafting photo-realistic renders for various media, and collaborating with teams to ensure visual consistency.



The role will also involve troubleshooting lighting challenges, optimizing scenes for rendering, and maintaining adherence to overall creative and technical vision.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in 3D Lighting and rendering techniques with expertise in tools such as Maya, V-Ray, Arnold, or similar software
- Strong understanding of color theory, light behavior, and photo-realistic rendering
- Experience in 3D hard surface modeling and compositing software such as Nuke or After Effects
- Familiarity with motion graphics, FX, and interactive 3D visualization
- Ability to interpret artistic direction and collaborate effectively with partner teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for optimization of 3D scenes
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience with advertising-focused CGI production or similar environments is a plus
