About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Legal Solutions Consultant to help organizations transform the way they resolve disputes. This is a consultative, client-facing role where you will engage with corporates, financial institutions, law firms, and legal professionals, globally and within India to understand their dispute resolution challenges and recommend JustAct's AI-powered legal technology solutions.

This role is ideal for law graduates who are passionate about legal innovation, enjoy interacting with clients, and aspire to build a career at the intersection of law, technology, and business.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their legal, dispute resolution, and operational requirements.

Present and demonstrate JustAct's AI-powered dispute resolution and legal technology solutions to clients.

Generate and qualify business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals,



events, and strategic partnerships.

Build and manage relationships with law firms, enterprises, banks, NBFCs, arbitral institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Prepare client proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and solution recommendations.

Coordinate with product, legal operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update client interactions in the CRM system.

Represent JustAct at legal conferences, seminars, industry forums, and networking events.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or an integrated law degree (B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., etc.)
2. 4–5 years of experience in business development, client advisory, legal consulting, legal operations, or enterprise sales
3. Law graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Legal-Tech are encouraged to apply.
