Role Description The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for managing lease-related activities and supporting occupancy goals for Boxoffice Space workspaces. This role includes engaging prospective and existing clients, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding clients through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

Professional will handle lease documentation, maintain accurate records, assist with renewals,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Daily activities also involve addressing client questions and concerns, promoting resident retention through proactive relationship management, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with the company’s standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and resident retention skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess experience in leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and managing lease documents and records.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of commercial real estate or coworking spaces, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant experience in leasing, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, real estate, or related fields is beneficial.
