Role Description This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Members of the leadership team will set strategic direction, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality service delivery across Urban Money’s advisory and distribution operations.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing key functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and strengthening relationships with financial institution partners. The role also involves mentoring managers, fostering a cooperative and ethical workplace culture,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational standards. Leadership team members will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and support expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior decision-makers.
- Experience in retail banking, financial services, or loan advisory, with a solid understanding of mortgage products, lending practices, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strategic planning, business development, and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, set targets, and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Proven capability in process optimization, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a financial services context.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or management are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a hands-on approach and commitment to customer-centric service.
