EshipJet.ai, Inc. is looking for a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to join our product engineering team in Hyderabad.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who can design scalable solutions, lead technical initiatives, and contribute deeply to product architecture and development.

What You'll Work On

- Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications

• Build high-performance backend services using Node.js & TypeScript

• Develop contemporary enterprise applications using Angular

• Design and implement REST APIs & Microservices

• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS/Azure

- Drive system design, architecture, scalability, security, and performance
- Build integrations with ERP, WMS, e-commerce, carrier, and third-party platforms
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction




- Take ownership of critical product modules from design through production

What We're Looking For

✔️ 8–14 years of strong software engineering experience

✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Angular & TypeScript

✔️ Proven experience building enterprise/product-based applications

✔️ Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs & System Design

✔️ Experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDB

✔️ Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker & CI/CD

✔️ Strong problem-solving and architectural skills

✔️ Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, WMS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise integrations will be an added advantage.
