About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of a large-scale digital communication and social media account. The ideal candidate will be a strong client-facing skilled with proven experience in campaign management, communication strategy, team leadership and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing key stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery across content, creative, social media, ORM, video and media intelligence functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Lead the overall communication and social media strategy for the account.
- Translate client objectives, campaigns, announcements and communication priorities into actionable plans.
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of content, creative, social media, video, ORM and analytics professionals.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all communication and campaign requirements.
- Oversee reputation management and communication during sensitive or high-priority situations.
- Provide strategic guidance during major events,



campaigns and time-sensitive communication requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to approved communication guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, audience growth and overall account health.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews and presentations.
- Ensure all agreed deliverables and timelines are met.
- Identify potential communication or reputational risks and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
- Plan manpower requirements and ensure adequate team availability for high-priority assignments.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in account/project management and digital communication.
- Excellent client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in government, PSU, corporate communication or large-scale digital campaigns will be an advantage.
