Role Overview

We're building next-generation AI-powered platforms focused on compliance, financial services, enterprise intelligence, and workflow automation.

We are seeking a Product Lead to define product vision, drive execution, and build scalable enterprise products from concept to market.

This role is responsible for translating business opportunities into product strategies, defining product roadmaps, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, technology understanding, customer empathy, and execution discipline, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging technology trends.
- Work closely with leadership to shape new product initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear product outcomes and measurable goals.

Product Discovery & Customer Understanding

- Conduct customer research, stakeholder discussions, and market analysis to identify unmet needs.
- Gather insights from customers, implementation teams, and business stakeholders.
- Define user personas, use cases, workflows, and product requirements.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact,



and strategic relevance.

Product Delivery & Execution

- Own product backlog, roadmap planning, and delivery priorities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver product releases.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined through user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Drive release planning, product validation, and go-live readiness.

AI & Technology-Led Product Development

- Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered products and capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows.
- Ensure product solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise requirements.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

- Serve as the primary bridge between Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Customer teams.
- Manage competing priorities and align stakeholders around product goals.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and execution status to leadership and key stakeholders.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, customer engagement, and business impact.
- Analyse customer feedback, product usage, and market developments to inform future releases.
- Drive continuous product enhancement and innovation.
