Job Title: Lead Generation Manager

Type of Position: Full-time

Location: Noida (U.P.) & Bhubaneswar (Odisha)

Salary: As per industry standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels.

Qualify leads and pass them to the business development team.

Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better conversion.

Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.

Monitor industry trends to refine targeting and outreach strategies.

Provide regular reports on lead generation KPIs and metrics.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in lead generation,



preferably in eLearning or related industries.

Proficiency in using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong research and prospecting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
