Responsibilities
Review projects at defined milestone phases (“Go/No-Go” stages) for adherence
to transition methodology, governance framework, and compliance standards
Drive consistency and compliance across ongoing transitions through
structured audits and progress reviews.
Ensure that risks are identified, documented, and mitigations or plans of
action (POAs) are in place.
Escalate discrepancies or deviations in methodology, timelines, or
deliverables as needed.
Support Transition Managers through periodic coaching, mentoring, and
knowledge-sharing sessions.
Drive functional capability building initiatives within the Transitions
function through standardized training and development programs.
Identify and introduce tools, frameworks, or automation solutions that
improve transition visibility and execution
