Responsibilities:

nConcur System Administration & Configuration
n

n· Administer and maintain SAP Concur Travel, Expense, Request, and related modules.
n

n· Configure and maintain expense types, forms, fields, workflows, approval hierarchies, audit rules, policies, exceptions, and system settings.
n

n· Support ongoing system updates, releases, and configuration changes while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
n

n· Manage user provisioning, role assignments, permissions, and organizational structure maintenance.
n

n· Serve as a subject matter expert for Concur functionality, capabilities, and best practices.
n

nWorkflow Management & Business Process Optimization
n

n· Design, maintain, and optimize approval workflows to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
n

n· Evaluate existing processes and recommend configuration-based solutions to reduce manual effort and improve compliance.
n

n· Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
n





n· Support policy implementation through system configuration and automated controls.
n

nReporting, Analytics & Data Management
n

n· Develop, maintain, and enhance Concur reports, dashboards, and scheduled reporting packages.
n

n· Analyze travel and expense data to identify trends, user behaviors, system issues, and improvement opportunities.
n

n· Support ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, HR, Procurement, Internal Audit, and business leadership.
n

n· Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency through data validation and ongoing maintenance.
n

n· Leverage reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI and Excel, to deliver actionable insights.
n

nTesting, Enhancements & Release Management
n

n· Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
n

n· Create and maintain test scripts, test scenario
