About the Role

As our Lead Full-Stack Developer

, you will spearhead the end-to-end architecture and technical implementation of our web ecosystem and admin command portal. You will define the technical stack, enforce clean coding standards, establish secure role-based access control (RBAC), and coordinate tasks across frontend and backend engineering tracks.

What You Will Do

- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and admin portals using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js / Next.js, Node.js).

- Establish robust API contracts, WebSocket real-time pipelines, and microservices where applicable.

- Implement enterprise-grade security protocols, JWT/OAuth auth flows, data isolation, and encrypted transaction logging.

- Guide, review,



and coordinate work across backend and frontend developers to maintain rapid sprint velocity.

- Ensure code quality, CI/CD pipeline reliability, and seamless API handoffs to the Flutter mobile development team.

Qualifications

- 4-6+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or senior capacity.

- Deep proficiency in Node.js, Express, React.js/Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, indexing).

- Proven track record building secure, role-based admin portals and client-facing web apps from ground zero.

- Solid familiarity with AWS/GCP cloud environments, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
