- Growth to drive large-scale farmer engagement and customer acquisition across its network of 8–10 lakh+ farmers. The role focuses on AI-powered farmer engagement, CRM, lead generation, performance marketing, conversion, and revenue growth.

Experience: 3–10 years

Key Responsibilities

Build a scalable AI + human farmer engagement model using AI voice, IVR, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM.

Develop farmer segmentation, lead scoring, and propensity models.

Work with Agronomy and Sales teams to improve lead-to-order conversion and advisor productivity.

Own performance marketing across digital channels and optimize CPL, CAC, conversion, and ROAS.

Build dashboards and analytics to improve farmer reach, engagement, conversion,



orders, and revenue.

Ideal Candidate

3–10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Digital Marketing.

Hands-on experience with AI/Conversational AI, CRM, and marketing automation.

Experience With Voice/Telephony, WhatsApp, SMS, And Large-scale Customer Campaigns.

Robust analytical, commercial, and execution mindset.

Experience in AgriTech, Rural Commerce, FMCG, FinTech, E-commerce, Telecom, or Consumer Internet preferred.
