5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Conduct quarterly farm inspections to assess progress. Develop joint crop-livestock action plans to optimize productivity.

6. Service Centre Management: Oversee operations of the AK service centre, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Analyse service centre data to improve service delivery.

7. Organic Standards Compliance: Train farmers and field teams on organic farming standards and ensure compliance.

8. Soil Fertility Management: Organize activities for effective dung management and composting to enhance soil fertility.

9. Fodder Production:



Plan and implement fodder production strategies tailored to soil types and water availability.

10. Dairy Management Training: Provide training and guidance to staff and farmers on best practices in dairy management.

11. MIS Assessment: Evaluate Management Information Systems (MIS) and educate farmers on their effective use.

12. Supply Management: Supervise the procurement and distribution of farm supplies and organic manures.

13. Feedback and Training: Collect feedback from farmers and conduct training sessions on organic farming techniques.

14. Reporting: Compile, analyse, and present monthly progress reports to stakeholders.

15. Farm Sustainability and Organic Practices as per PGS, NPOP, NOP, COS, EU, and JAS standards: Ensure the implementation of organic practices at each farm. Promote sustainability measures such as soil and fodder management, energy production and waste disposal. Maintain high standards of organic milk production.
