Position Title: Lead Wiring Harness Design

Location: Delhi

Function: Engineering – R&D;

Reports to: Senior Manager / DGM

Job Purpose: To provide backoffice engineering support for new and existing business, leading wiring harness design and development projects, and managing crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.

Experience Requirement: 11–18 years of handson experience in automotive wiring harness (LV/HV) design and development, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, connector and component selection, and vehiclelevel harness integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete vehicle wiring harness design and development for LV and HV systems, including adoption of new technologies such as lightweight harnesses, EVspecific HV harnesses, and smart harnesses.
- Manage endtoend project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks mitigated.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across departments and with customers,



providing transparent reporting and technical presentations.
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN) as per customer schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Propose and implement VAVE ideas to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical reports and harness studies, ensuring auditready documentation.

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.

Reporting Structure:

- Reports to Senior Manager / DGM – Engineering.
- Leads a team of engineers (E1 level) and coordinates with customer backoffice teams.
