Role Description The Lead Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing client projects and ensuring high-quality delivery across web, marketing, and customer engagement services. This role involves consulting with clients to understand business objectives, scoping solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams for web design and development, telecalling, SEO, digital marketing, and social media initiatives.

The Lead

Consultant will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics, while providing strategic guidance and continuous improvement recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include client communication, preparing proposals and reports, supervising execution, addressing risks or issues,



and ensuring that services remain aligned with client goals and company standards.
