Operational Clinical Mental Health Leadership

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist (with RCI License) to contribute to the clinical direction of Emwell Reachout — a structured, technology-enabled mental health platform serving individuals, professionals, and institutions.

Emwell Reachout brings together Clinical Psychologists and Counselling Psychologists within its qualified workflow.

Established and operational, Emwell Reachout has its core platform, clinical framework, assessment architecture and professional workflows in place. The focus is now on operational delivery, clinical leadership and expansion.

At this stage, An RCI liscenced Clinical Psychologist is required to oversee the application of the clinical framework across professionals and within a technology-enabled environment.

Emwell Reachout is therefore seeking to associate with an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide operational clinical direction and oversight.

The role calls for more than clinical practice alone. It calls for senior clinical expertise to guide the professional team, uphold clinical rigour, contribute to the continued development of professional practice, and engage with the broader business and growth of Emwell Reachout.

Emwell Reachout is therefore seeking to associate with an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide operational clinical direction and oversight.

The Clinical Leadership We Need:

Clinical Leadership - Provide clinical direction to the team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists. Offer professional guidance, clinical supervision, and maintain consistency in clinical practice.

Clinical Rigour & Framework - Oversight of clinical processes — assessment, intake, risk identification, triage, counselling, documentation, reporting, referral, and follow-up; while working with technology, administrative and communication teams.

Knowledge Management - Contribute to training and professional development of the clinical team, including the Emwell Reachout framework, assessment processes, documentation, risk, and professional workflows.

Clinical Practice - Conduct selected counselling or clinical sessions through Emwell Reachout, keeping the association connected to the actual professional and client experience within the platform.

Proposed Participation/Association Structures:

Two structures are available for the association, both including fixed monthly compensation with an agreed portion adjusted against fees for clinical/therapy sessions delivered through Emwell Reachout.

Option A — Advisory Share (with vesting schedule – upto 4%)



- Plus fixed monthly compensation, adjusted against clinical session fees.

Option B — Shareholding - A shareholding arrangement of up to 5%, subject to mutually agreed terms.

Plus fixed monthly compensation, with an agreed portion adjusted against fees for clinical/therapy sessions delivered through Emwell Reachout.

Final terms relating to vesting schedule, shareholding, compensation, clinical-session fees, scope, and duration will be documented separately.
