Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Large Language Model (LLM) Architect to design and develop advanced language models capable of processing and generating human-like text. The role involves neural network architecture, large-scale data processing, model optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and implementation of cutting-edge LLM architectures.
- Act as an SME and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Make key technical decisions and deliver solutions across teams.
- Design,



fine-tune, and optimize ML/NLP models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.

Required Skills

Machine Learning (ML) – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of neural networks and optimization

Experience with large-scale data processing

Experience with model training/fine-tuning using large datasets

Knowledge of NLP frameworks and tools

Good to Have: Snowflake Data Warehouse, Microsoft Azure Data Services

Education: 15 years of full-time education
