Role Description The Laundry Technician – Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for the upkeep and reliable operation of industrial laundry equipment. This role includes performing routine inspections, identifying mechanical or electrical issues, and carrying out maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime. The technician will monitor machine performance, complete preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules, and collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth production flow.

Daily responsibilities also involve documenting maintenance work,



following safety and hygiene protocols, coordinating with vendors or senior technicians when needed, and supporting continuous improvement of equipment performance and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for large-scale laundry or similar machinery.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair on mechanical and basic electrical systems.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs, including scheduled inspections and parts replacement.
- Understanding of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices in industrial environments.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Prior experience in laundry plants, manufacturing, or facility maintenance is an advantage.
- Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance records.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and supervisors.
