Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the design and development of advanced web applications using Laravel.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Analyze project requirements and offer technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality code and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and optimize performance for scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on Laravel best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement modern web development techniques.
- Work with external APIs, databases,



and third-party services to build robust web applications.
- Participate in agile team processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skill Requirement
- 7+ years of experience in web development with strong proficiency in Laravel.
- Deep knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and popular front-end frameworks.
- Expertise in version control tools like Git and deployment tools like CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage server environments, troubleshoot, and ensure the scalability of applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
