Role Description The Lab Consultant will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad facility, providing technical and analytical support to laboratory operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting tests and measurements on composite materials, validating results, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry regulations. The role involves designing or refining laboratory procedures, maintaining laboratory instruments and documentation, and using LIMS or related informatics tools to manage and analyze data.

The Lab

Consultant will collaborate with production,



quality, and engineering teams, offer consulting input on process improvements, and prepare clear reports and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, problem solving, and process optimization.
- Hands-on laboratory skills, including sample preparation, testing, instrumentation handling, and documentation.
- Consulting abilities to advise internal stakeholders on laboratory findings, quality issues, and technical solutions.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and informatics tools for data management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Knowledge of composites or FRP materials and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality standards.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a laboratory setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
