Hiring – Last Mile Executive (LME) We are looking for dedicated and responsible Last Mile Executives (LME) to join our Last Mile Operations team and support timely, effective, and reliable client pickup services.

Locations: Coimbatore, Pollachi, Tirupur & Erode

Qualification: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Work Type: Field-based

Training: Training will be provided to selected candidates

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned client locations and complete scheduled pickups within the designated time.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of daily pickup activities.
- Follow assigned routes, locations, and pickup schedules.
- Maintain Visit Adherence of ≥96% within the specified 200-meter location requirement.
- Maintain Slot Adherence of ≥96% within ±15 minutes of the assigned pickup slot.
- Complete the assigned single round per day as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and the Last Mile Operations team.
- Report and resolve pickup-related delays, issues, or client concerns in coordination with the operations team.
- Maintain accurate pickup records and comply with operational procedures.
- Achieve assigned pickup targets and performance standards.
- Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with clients.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and safety procedures.

Skills

- DMLT qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.




- Candidates residing in or around Coimbatore, Pollachi, Tirupur, or Erode are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned operational area.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Compensation & Incentives BPM (Business Partner Mobile):

Eligible candidates can receive an incentive of ₹100 per pickup per day per client, with incentives credited every 15 days to the applicable Source Code Ledger.

Freelancer / BTech Category:

An earning opportunity of ₹10,000 per month or PUC of ₹100 per pickup, whichever is higher, subject to applicable company terms and operational conditions.

Performance Incentive Eligible LMEs can earn a performance bonus of up to ₹1,500 per month, based on:

- Successful Pickups: ₹600
- Visit Adherence: ₹300
- Slot Adherence: ₹300
- PTAT Adherence: ₹300

Performance incentives are subject to achievement of the applicable targets and company performance criteria.

Additional Incentive LME Client Onboarding Incentive: ₹1,000 per client for eligible BBC onboarding, subject to applicable company terms and verification.
