Role Description The Laboratory Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Addonn Polycompounds facility in Faridabad.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized tests on polymer granules and related materials, following established protocols and safety guidelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing samples, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, recording and interpreting test results, and supporting quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications and standards. The role also involves documenting findings,



assisting in troubleshooting production quality issues, and collaborating with production and quality teams to continuously improve processes.

The technician will contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment in line with ISO and IATF requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, testing procedures, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment relevant to polymer and materials testing, and basic maintenance of instruments.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, including inspection, documentation, and compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
- Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail for interpreting test data and identifying deviations or trends.
- Experience as a laboratory technician or in a similar technical role in plastics, chemicals, materials science, or manufacturing.
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial laboratory environment and follow standard operating procedures rigorously.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, quality assurance, and management teams.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and use of laboratory information systems.
