Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior WMS Consultant with a basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain processes, and SQL. The candidate will work closely with functional and technical teams and interact with US-based customers to understand requirements, provide application support, participate in testing, and assist with issue analysis and resolution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to communicate professionally with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior consultants in understanding and documenting WMS and Supply Chain business requirements.
- Develop a basic understanding of warehouse processes.
- Support WMS configuration and functional activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Interact with US-based customers to understand requirements, clarify issues, provide updates, and coordinate on resolutions.
- Participate in customer calls and meetings and communicate technical/functional information in a clear, professional, and concise manner.
- Perform basic SQL queries to retrieve, validate,



and troubleshoot data.
- Assist in analyzing data and troubleshooting basic functional/system issues.
- Support integration and data validation activities between WMS and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, knowledge transfers, and project meetings.
- Maintain qualified communication and timely follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 0-1 year of experience in WMS, Supply Chain, ERP, or enterprise application support/implementation.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, including SELECT queries, filtering, joins, and data validation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based customers.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, ask relevant questions, and explain issues/resolutions clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn functional and technical aspects of WMS applications.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
