Job Title - Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

Location - Bangalore North

Experience - Minimum 4 to 5 years

Salary - 5 to 7 Lakhs

What is your role:

n

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and tax compliance . This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job responsibilities:

n

1.Oversee and manage all vendor invoices and payments.

n

2.Ensure all client invoices are generated and sent in a timely manner.

n

3.Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collections.

n





4.Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure all payments are accurately recorded. 5.Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

6.Calculate and deduct TDS on applicable payments as per the Income Tax Act.

n

7.Reconcile TDS accounts and issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees.

n

8.Handle TDS notices and assist in resolving any related tax issues.

n

9.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and trial balances.

n

10.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations including corporate tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software.

n

• Knowledge for outlook, word and excel sheet.

Education Qualification - Graduate preferable
