Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users.
Install and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
Manage user accounts, system updates, and data backups.
Monitor IT security and maintain asset records.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and purchases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and Microsoft 365.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge about Graphics card, windows or related.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
