About the Role

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our growing Fashion & Textile business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across têxtile, garment, retail, and corporate functions.
Hire technical professionals such as Merchandisers, Fashion Designers, Pattern Masters, Production Managers, Quality Controllers, and Garment Technologists.
Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
Build strong hiring pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.





Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Textile, Apparel, Fashion, or Garment Manufacturing industry.
Robust experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Positive knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
