Waffle Castle is hiring enthusiastic Team Members / Waffle Makers to support daily store operations. The role includes food preparation, customer service, billing, order fulfillment, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare waffles, mini pancakes, waffle sticks, shakes, and other menu items according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
Maintain product quality, portion consistency, and presentation standards.
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment while following food safety and hygiene practices.
Follow inventory rotation procedures and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Process billing transactions using the POS system.
Prepare and hand over online delivery orders accurately and on time.
Assist with food preparation, packaging, and counter operations during busy periods.




Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company uniform and grooming standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational and customer service goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a QSR, café, bakery, retail, hospitality, or customer service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and customer service principles is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
