As a Lead of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Auto Line of Business (Auto LOB), Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you lead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your team's work adheres to compliance standards, business requirements, and tactical best practices.

Job Responsibilities
Provides guidance to an immediate team of full stack software engineers on daily tasks and activities, including design, development, and delivery of solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration within an Agile Scrum framework
Manages stakeholder relationships and the team's work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements within the Auto LOB domain




Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.
Drives DevOps culture and practices across the team, including CI/CD pipeline management, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment on AWS
Creates a culture of diversity, prospect, inclusion, and respect for the team members and prioritizes diverse representation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience
Experience leading technology projects across the full software development lifecycle in a full stack engineering setting
Experience managing technologists, including coaching, performance management, and career development
Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods,
