Team Leader - Sales

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry
Previous team handling experience preferred
EV industry experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the showroom sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Conduct product presentations and test rides
Coach and develop sales executives




Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements:
Solid leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Good negotiation and closing skills
Valid driving licence preferred
