If you have hard-core UK destination expertise, especially deep, proven knowledge of the university admission process, and a demonstrated track record of successful placements, you won't need to climb the ladder at Charms — you'll be rapid-tracked straight into the Destination Manager role, with the recognition, autonomy, and compensation to match your experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on top-ranked UK universities, programs,
and courses based on their academic profile and career goals
Advise students on program-specific admission requirements, GPA/test score benchmarks, and prerequisite courses for top UK institutions
Identify and guide students toward relevant scholarships, entrance awards, and merit-based funding prospects at UK universities
Match students to the right course and university combination to maximize admission and scholarship outcomes
Handle student and parent queries professionally, including detailed academic and program-related questions
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions at top UK universities
Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets
Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records in CRM
Stay updated on UK university admission cycles, program changes, scholarship criteria, and immigration/study visa policies
Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams
