Position Overview
Role: Electrical Service Engineer
Location:Tembhurni Area (Solapur district):
Employment Type: Full time
Department: Service & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Supervise and execute the proper installation, testing, and commissioning of Kirloskar diesel generator (DG) sets, control panels, and associated electrical systems at client sites.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical faults, including AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panels, alternators, AVRs (Automatic Voltage Regulators), and wiring systems.
Preventive Service: Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to maximize equipment uptime and prevent operational failures.
Customer Support:



Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients in the Tembhurni region, ensuring swift resolution of service complaints and high customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to corporate ESH (Workplace, Safety, and Health) guidelines, ensuring all field activities are conducted using proper PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and protected electrical practices.
Reporting: Maintain accurate service reports, logbooks, and submit timely technical feedback to the regional service management team.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in servicing diesel generator sets, industrial electrical panels, or power generation systems (prior experience with Kirloskar products is a major plus).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical circ
