Looking for experienced Kitchen Supervisor

Job Description as below:
Supervise daily kitchen operations
Monitor staff attendance and performance
Check temperature logs and hygiene records
Ensure SOP compliance 5. Report issues to management
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
Enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.
Prepare report of daily opening and closing checklist, maintenance report and other reports which required.
Work with all departments to ensure items that are required for service are available when needed.
Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel’s Management.
Need to work for all RHS property as and when required.
Subject to transfer according to the requirement.
Responsible for recruitment as and when required.
Ensure that weekly work schedules and annual leave planners are administered and filed correctly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
