About the Role We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and results-oriented

Performance Marketing Consultant

to support paid acquisition campaigns for US-based clients across multiple digital advertising platforms. This is a

part-time consulting role

ideal for an experienced performance marketer who can independently develop strategies, manage campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights without requiring full-time involvement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing

high-budget campaigns ($10K+ monthly ad spend)

and a strong understanding of performance marketing beyond simply running ads—including strategy, audience targeting, funnels, creatives, tracking, reporting, and growth experimentation. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads YouTube Ads Other paid channels as required Manage and optimize advertising budgets of

$10,000+ per month . Develop performance marketing strategies focused on

US-based audiences and businesses . Optimize campaigns for: ROAS CPL CAC Conversion Rate Lead Quality Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Meta Pixel Conversion APIs UTM Tracking Review campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations. Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, messaging, and funnels. Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and profitability.



Stay updated with advertising platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities. Provide strategic consultation to the internal team and recommend improvements based on campaign performance. Requirements

4–7 years of experience

in performance marketing or paid media. Proven experience managing

$10K+ monthly advertising budgets . Strong hands-on expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads . Experience working with US clients/markets is mandatory. Deep understanding of paid media funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently analyze campaigns and recommend actionable strategies. Strong communication, reporting, and consulting skills. Ability to work independently on a part-time/consulting basis

and meet agreed deliverables and timelines. Good to Have

Experience with Shopify, SaaS, or Lead Generation businesses. Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page optimization. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and remarketing funnels. Basic understanding of SEO and email automation. Previous agency experience. Experience handling multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously. Success Metrics The consultant will be evaluated based on: Improvement in ROAS. Reduction in CPL and CAC. Revenue and lead growth through paid campaigns. Improvement in lead quality. Scalable and sustainable campaign performance. Quality and timeliness of strategic recommendations and reporting. Successful execution of agreed campaign objectives and deliverables.
