We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to manage and execute the day-to-day content and social media activities for our pages.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of social media and a good eye for design.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage social media across multiple platforms
- Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Handle day-to-day posting, publishing and content execution
- Design social media creatives, carousels, stories and other visual content
- Assist with reel and video content planning & editing.
- Manage community interactions, including comments, DMs and audience engagement
- Handle online reputation management and monitor audience sentiment
- Research trends, formats, topics and content opportunities
- Bring new and relevant content ideas to the table
- Monitor content performance and track social media analytics
- Coordinate with editors and other team members wherever required

What we’re looking for:





- 1-2 years of experience in social media management/content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Good designing skills and a strong visual sense
- Comfortable with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar
- Good understanding of content planning and social media execution
- Knowledge of community management and online reputation management
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
