About the Role

As a Junior Video Editor, you’ll support the creative team in producing short-form and social-first video content for our clients and internal brand channels.

You’ll work with raw footage and creative references to turn ideas into polished, engaging videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Mohali district.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form videos, reels, interviews, podcasts, and social media content.
- Organize and work with raw footage to create clean, engaging edits.
- Add captions, text animations, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
- Create simple motion-based visuals to improve viewer retention.
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
- Follow creative references and maintain the intended look and feel of each project.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and improve edits through multiple iterations.
- Stay updated with current video formats,



editing styles, and social media trends.
- Manage assigned projects while meeting agreed timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–6 months of experience in video editing, including internships, freelance projects, or personal work.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of typography, composition, transitions, sound design, and visual rhythm.
- Good understanding of short-form content and what makes a video engaging.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve your work.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and make changes quickly.
- Comfortable working from the office and collaborating with a creative team.
- A portfolio, show reel, or examples of previous editing work are required.
