We are looking for a dedicated Junior Paediatrician to join our team and provide compassionate care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Job Summary The Junior Paediatrician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pediatric medical conditions. The role includes providing outpatient and inpatient care, attending pediatric emergencies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive hospital environment while developing clinical expertise in pediatric medicine.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage admitted pediatric patients.
- Attend pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention.
- Perform detailed clinical assessments, prescribe appropriate treatment, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff,



and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, nutrition, immunization, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical rounds, departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.
- Follow NABH standards, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Support health education programs and promote preventive pediatric healthcare within the community.

Qualifications

MBBS with MD/DNB in Paediatrics from a recognized institution.

Experience

- 0-3 years of experience in Pediatrics after post-graduation.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient care are encouraged to apply.
