This is a full-time, on-site Junior Merchandiser role located in Tiruppur.
The Junior
Merchandiser will assist in coordinating with clients, managing production schedules, and monitoring supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries. They will work closely with internal teams for fabric sourcing, quality checks, and inventory planning.
Responsibilities include regular communication with buyers, tracking order progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Sales and Retail experience with an understanding of product presentation and order management
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional strategies and enhance client relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage timelines and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandise, Textiles, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the garment or textile industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to quick-paced environments and deliver results under tight deadlines
