Role Description The Junior Merchandise Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning, selection, and management of PInterview’s service offerings and related product categories. Day-to-day activities include monitoring inventory levels of digital services, assisting with assortment planning, and ensuring that available offerings align with customer demand and market trends. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to optimize presentation of services on the platform and maintain accurate product information.
The Junior Merchandise
Manager will track performance metrics,
support promotional and pricing strategies, and contribute to improving the user experience through data-driven recommendations. This role also requires maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting continuous updates to the merchandise portfolio.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and support a positive user experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Assortment skills to help shape and promote the right mix of services that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to monitor availability, manage listings, and coordinate updates to online offerings.
- Basic analytical and data interpretation skills to review performance reports and support merchandise decisions.
- Comfort with online platforms, e-commerce or digital services, and proficiency with common office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate across functions.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in merchandising or online product management is a plus.
