Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves collaborating with senior designers and project managers to translate client requirements into practical design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, preparing construction and presentation drawings, selecting and coordinating FF&E;, and supporting site visits and inspections.





The role also includes coordinating with vendors and contractors, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and maintaining project documentation.

Designer will contribute to ensuring design consistency, functionality, and quality across all project stages.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to support concept development and layout planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Construction Drawings to develop productive layouts and accurate documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; selection and coordination, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures aligned with project concepts and budgets.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to interpret client needs into practical design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards; prior internship or junior-level experience in interior design is an advantage.
