Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with project documentation for homes and retail spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in space planning, creating mood boards and material palettes, helping with FF&E; selections, and coordinating with senior designers on layouts and presentations.

The role involves preparing and updating construction drawings, assisting in site measurements and visits, and collaborating with vendors and contractors under guidance.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with the design team and project stakeholders throughout the design and execution process.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Space Planning and Interior Design concepts to create functional and visually cohesive environments.
- Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings for accurate design documentation and coordination.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, sourcing, and specification to support project delivery.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic presentation tools (PowerPoint, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and readiness to learn from feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Willingness to conduct site visits, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
