Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Quantity Surveyor role based in India.

The Junior Quantity

Surveyor will assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

Responsibilities include supporting cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting activities under the guidance of senior team members and the operations manager.



The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, verifying quantities, and participating in internal checks to ensure accuracy before work is shared with clients.

The Junior Quantity

Surveyor will collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, maintain documentation, and contribute to value engineering solutions for international clients.

Qualifications

- Cost management skills, including Cost Control and Cost Management.
- Cost planning expertise, including Cost Planning and Cost Reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQ and detailed cost estimations.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work within structured review processes.
- Ability to work on-site in India, collaborate with diverse teams, and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with quantity surveying software or MS Excel; exposure to international projects is an advantage.
