Job SummaryKranti Group is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Junior Engineer / Engineer – Maintenance to support the smooth and efficient functioning of its manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery breakdowns, maintaining CNC/VMC/HMC machines, and ensuring the reliability of electrical and mechanical systems across the machine shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain manufacturing machinery and implement, execute, and document preventive maintenance schedules.
- Carry out predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day machine shop maintenance operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controllers.
- Improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) through effective preventive maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, DG systems, hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical circuits.




- Handle and maintain EOT cranes, switchgear, LT lines, panel wiring, and air circuit breakers.
- Work with and troubleshoot machines from brands including DMG, ACE, BFW, Mazak, and Jyoti.
- Handle servo drives, servo motors, spindle motors, parameter settings, and zero referencing.
- Identify recurring machine issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with production and other relevant teams to minimize machine downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controls.
- Understanding of servo drives, servo motors, spindle motors, and machine parameters.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/machine-shop environment.
- Solid focus on machine reliability, preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime.

Preferred Candidate
- 2+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with experience in CNC machine maintenance will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
