Job OverviewWe are looking for an organized, resourceful, and visually driven Junior Creative Producer & Stylist to join our in-house Brand Creative team.

You will support the planning, preparation, styling, and coordination of photo and video productions. From sourcing products and props to assisting on set and tracking project timelines, you will help ensure every production runs smoothly and meets the required creative and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for styling and visual storytelling, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning creative ideas into well-executed content. This role reports to the Associate Creative Director of Photo & Video.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production & Sourcing

- Assist with sourcing products, props, wardrobe, locations, talent, and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, freelance crew, and other production partners
- Prepare, clean, organize, and maintain products and devices for shoots
- Help coordinate schedules,



call sheets, catering, transportation, and shoot-day requirements
- Maintain organized inventories of products, props, devices, and samples

Styling & On-Set Support

- Style products, props, surfaces, wardrobe, and environments according to the creative brief
- Support photographers and videographers with framing, product placement, and set preparation
- Ensure consistency across backgrounds, surfaces, lighting context, and product presentation
- Assist with set changes, wardrobe coordination, product swaps, and continuity
- Anticipate on-set requirements and resolve basic production issues quickly
- Be present during shoots to provide hands-on production and safety support

Production & Project Coordination

- Track shot lists, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and production resources
- Help keep shoots and projects moving according to schedule
- Coordinate internal reviews, feedback, approvals, and content handovers
- Support photo, video, and 3D content workflows from briefing through final delivery
- Collect receipts, update budget trackers, and assist with cost reconciliation
- Organize and archive completed creative assets
- Coordinate the shipment and return of products and devices




- Share regular project-status updates with creative leads and project managers

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship/freelance exposure in creative production, styling, advertising, design, or media
- Robust communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, briefing, and feedback
- Good organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of photography and video production, including framing, lighting, composition, shoot planning, and post-production workflows
- Strong sense of style, visual storytelling, product presentation, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of how creative content supports brand strategy, audience needs, and campaign objectives
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and project-management tools
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative software is an advantage
- Relevant education in design, media, communication, visual arts, or an equivalent field—or comparable practical experience
- Must be available to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area for pre-production, shoots, and studio collaboration

Nice to Have
- Experience with product, fashion, lifestyle, technology, or consumer-brand shoots
- Exposure to talent coordination, location scouting, or production logistics
- Familiarity with 3D, CGI, or AI-assisted visual-production workflows
- A portfolio or work samples demonstrating styling, photography, production, or visual-content experience
