Role Description The Junior Compliance Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting PInterview’s compliance activities across its online services and operations. This role includes monitoring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies, helping maintain documentation, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance procedures.
The Junior Compliance
Analyst will review processes and data for potential risks, support internal audits, and help track remediation actions. The role also involves preparing transparent reports and summaries for stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as finance and operations), and staying informed about regulatory changes that may impact the platform.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and accessible manner.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Regulatory Compliance and a basic understanding of policy and control frameworks.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and recognize potential risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge relevant to compliance activities, such as transaction review and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Auditing skills or familiarity with internal audit processes, including testing controls and documenting findings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms; experience in a tech or online education environment is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks, with willingness to learn and grow in the field.
