Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects for Garodia Group’s Mumbai portfolio. This on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves assisting in architectural concept development, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and ensuring alignment with project standards and regulatory requirements.

The Junior

Architect will collaborate with senior architects, project managers, engineers, and external consultants to refine designs, review construction documentation,



and participate in site visits to monitor execution quality. Day-to-day tasks include drafting plans, updating design revisions, contributing to sustainable design solutions, and maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking design-related deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Integration, ensuring design coherence across structural, MEP, and interior elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site, project-driven environment.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects is an advantage.
- Interest in sustainable design, urban development, and luxury residential/commercial projects in Mumbai is highly beneficial.
